STEP 1 Create a tour by capturing your own 360° images --- using Mobile App

Here's an introduction to using the RICOH360 Tours mobile app to take a 360° photo using the Ricoh THETA.

 

1. Sign in

Launch the RICOH360 Tours mobile app.
Enter your email address and password.

 

2. Create a new tour

Tap New tour, and then enter the name of your tour and address of the location of your tour.


3. Capturing images with your RICOH THETA

Connect your THETA to your wifi network:

Exit the RICOH360 Tours app

  1. On your mobile device, select your device's settings app
  2. Select your WIFI settings (WiFi/Connections)
  3. Select the THETA WiFi Network
  4. Enter your THETA Password (found on the bottom of your THETA, all numbers, for example if you see YN30 123456 your password is 30123456
  5. Connect to your THETA device
  6. Return to the RICOH Tours app

Select THETA on Add Photos

After tapping the THETA button, the app will switch to shooting mode.
The button __________2020-11-24_4.11.39.png at the bottom center of the screen is the shutter button.

Place THETA at the location you want to shoot and try shooting.

4. Enter the name of the location where the photo was taken.

Enter the name of the location where the photo was taken. *Required.
You can also enter the name selecting from the list.

 

That's all there is to capture an image with the RICOH THETA!

Continue to take images of your entire property.

Using your THETA you will have an appealing tour that was a breeze to create!
