In order to update your credit card you will need to log into the Management Console and follow these steps:
- Log into your account at app.ricohtours.com
- Select the team whose credit card you want to update or change
- Select the (Team Settings) from the options bar
- Select Manage under Manage Subscription
- Under Payment Method, select Edit
- Update your CC and select Update
*If you wish to change the "Billing Email" used to send emails regarding service fee billing, click Edit of "Billing Email" in the contract information page to change it.
