Your subscription plan will determine if multiple business cards can be stored per account.
- Entry subscription plans have one business card per account
- Standard subscription plans have one business card per team member.
To update/create business card information:
- Launch the RICOH360 Tours application
- Tap from the option menu
- Tap Change Photo if you would like to upload a profile photo (You can upload from your library, or take a photo with your mobile device)
- The following contact information can be updated:
- Full Name
- Local Business Name
- Address Details
- Contact Email
- Tap on each field you would like to update
- Tap Done when you have completed updating your contact information
You can also choose to share your contact information which will send a .vcf file for your client to add to their contact list. Just tap the button
