Ricoh360 Tours is a subscription based service.  Subscriptions can be Annual or Monthly.

To view the status of your subscription you can log into the Management Console and click on Screen_Shot_2020-11-09_at_1.29.55_AM.png (Settings).

Overview

  • Currently there are three types of subscription plans
    • Free is a 2 week trial of the Business plan for people that already have a Theta Camera or just want to have a look at the features of RICOH360 Tours.
    • Pro is for individuals who want to create virtual tours with the ability to add additional members for a fee.
    • Business  is for those who want to use it as part of a team with the ability to add additional members for a fee.
  • Subscriptions are prepaid, either monthly or annual.  Annual plans are billed up front.
  • Subscriptions are automatically renewed on the anniversary date of the original subscription.

Upgrades/Cancellation

  • You can update from a monthly plan to annual at any point.
  • Moving from Pro to Business will bill the additional fee when upgraded.
  • Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled any time before the next billing cycle.  
  • Annual subscriptions can be cancelled prior to the next annual billing. 
  • Subscriptions are non-refundable.
  • You can downgrade an annual subscription from Business to Pro one month prior to the end of your annual subscription
