If you have a Samsung mobile device, your security settings could conflict with RICOH Tours connecting to your device.
Check connection issues :
Verify that any advanced wifi setting related to mobile data is off
These settings can be listed as such:
Switch to Mobile Data (latest)
Auto Network Switch
Smart Network Switch
Verify ALL permissions are enabled
While you are installing the RICOH Tours app for Android be sure that you grant permission to the options below. If you have already installed that app and are in a position where you can delete it and re-install that might be easier than allowing permissions on the below items.
If you can not fresh install then go to settings>apps>permissions verify all permissions are enabled.
