You can manage settings for your tour using the Management Console. To launch the console, login to your account at app.ricohtours.com
- Click on the tour you would like to manage you will then get a screen like the one below which displays all of the photos in your tour.
- There are two options for Tour Settings.
- You can click onto launch the tour viewer to view your completed tour
- You can click in the upper right corner to use these options:
Edit Tour Address
Select this option to edit your tour address and select Save when done.
This will copy a branded link to your tour onto your clipboard. A branded link contains your contact information.
Copy MLS Link
This link provides you with an unbranded tour that complies with MLS restrictions. It does not contain your contact information in the tour listing.
Copy Embed Code
This link provides you with the code necessary to embed a tour onto your website
Share on Facebook
When you use the 'Share on Facebook' option, you will be presented a pop-up box that will display an area for you to type in your comments. The post on facebook will include the cover photo of your tour as well as the address. Your clients can link on the cover photo to see the RICOH tour.
Use this option if you want to Deactivate an active tour, or activate one that has been previously deactivated.
If your tour is deactivated, you will see the option to delete your tour. The option does not appear on activated tours.
