Creating and Setting Brand Banners

By setting up a Brand Banner, you can brand your virtual tour with the image of your choice, company logo, image of yourself, etc. You can add a link to your banner that your clients can click to be redirected to a webpage of your choice.

You can create a master team banner that can default to your tours, or you can create optional brand banners that provide the flexibility to have a different brand for each agent that can be select for individual tours. 

The Brand Banner will appear in the upper left of your tour when your clients visit your tour.  When they select the image it will be directed to the URL that you put in your Brand Banner settings.

The brand banners you can set up for your tours are

  • Team brand banner : Defaults to tours within the team
  • Optional brand banner : multiple brand banners can be set up to use independently on different tours.
  • You have 3 choices when selecting your brand banner. The Team brand banner, an Optional brand banner, or no brand banner.Tours_BrandBanner_multi.png
  1.  Team administrators will create the "Team Brand Banner" and "Optional Brand Banners" in advance.
  2.  After creating a tour, choose which banner to set for each tour under the Edit Tour funct

Add your Team Brand Banner

 Note: Only admins have access to register the brand banners.

Log in to your account at app.ricohtours.com

  1. Select the team for which you would like to set up your brand banner by clicking on the team name in the upper left corner
  2. Select webapp___.png
  3. Under the Brand Banner section, click Setup 
  4. Click Change under the Default Team
    • Upload an image to be used for the team brand banner
    • Enter a URL of the Web Page Link
    • Click Create

Add Optional Brand Banners

  1. Select the team for which you would like to set up your brand banner by clicking on the team name in the upper left corner
  2. Select webapp___.png
  3. Under the Brand Banner section, click Setup 
  4. Click Add under Optional Brand Banners
    • Upload an image to be used for the team brand banner
    • Enter a URL of the Web Page Link
    • Click Create

Repeat step 4 above to add additional optional brand banners.

 

Selecting which brand banner to set for each tour

Note: Any team member can set Brand Banners for their tour.

By default, the Team Brand Banner will be set. You can change it or not set a brand banner by using the steps below.

Log in to your account at app.ricohtours.com

  1. Click Tours
  2. From the list of tours, select the tour for which you would like to set the brand banner
  3. Click button_edittour_en.png
  4. Click Branding
  5. Click Change 

Selecting a Team Banner

  1. Click Select Team Banner
  2. Click Save

Selecting an Optional Brand Banner

  1. Click Select an optional Brand Banner
  2. Clickf the optional brand banner you would like to use for this tour
  3. Click Select
  4. Click button_check.png on the brand banner you would like to use
  5. Click OK
  6. Click Save
  7. Click button_done_en.png
